Last updated: 07.10.2026. These General Terms and Conditions govern the contract between you and the provider regarding the use of the PARC FERMÉ app. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply in addition.
The provider is Lucas Nentwig – PARC FERMÉ, c/o Autorenglück #36245, Albert-Einstein-Str. 47, 02977 Hoyerswerda, Germany (“we”). These terms apply to the use of the app.
Most features require a free account. Registration concludes a usage contract. You warrant that your details are truthful, that you are at least 16 years old, that you keep your credentials confidential and that you maintain only one account per person.
The app is currently entirely free and ad-free. There is no purchase function, no subscription and no in-app purchases. Features include the race calendar and results, driver and team standings, the prediction game with leagues, incident votes (“True Standings”), fan polls (“FanPower”), the games “Start Lights”, “Grill the Fan” and “Race Word”, statistics, headlines from other outlets, chat, watch-along, messages and profiles.
Features may evolve; there is no claim to a specific scope of features or to uninterrupted availability.
Should we introduce advertising and a paid ad-free version at a later date, we will announce this in the app beforehand. Purchase and billing would be handled by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), whose terms would apply in addition. A right of withdrawal for digital content and the corresponding instructions will be added once such services actually exist. As long as this clause does not apply, you incur no costs whatsoever.
Permitted and prohibited use is governed by the Terms of Use. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
The rights to your content remain with you. You merely grant us the simple right, necessary to operate the app, to store your content, display it to the intended users and — where the translation feature is used — have it machine-translated. This right ends when the content or your account is deleted.
The app is provided with reasonable care. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not responsible for user-generated content or for the content of linked outlets.
Race results, times, penalties and statistics are maintained to the best of our knowledge but are unofficial and may be incomplete or incorrect. Only the publications of the competent sporting authorities are authoritative. The prediction game, “True Standings” and polls are entertainment without stakes and without payouts; they do not constitute gambling.
You may delete your account at any time in the settings — either immediately or scheduled with a 30-day grace period. We may suspend or terminate the contract for good cause, in particular in the event of violations.
We may amend these terms, e.g. for new features or changed legal requirements. We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate manner in advance.
German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
