Last updated: 07.10.2026. These Terms of Use govern how you may use PARC FERMÉ and its community features. They supplement the General Terms.
PARC FERMÉ is an unofficial fan app and is not affiliated with the FIA, Formula 1 or the teams. Votes, predictions and the “True Standings” are opinions or interpretations of the community and not official decisions.
Provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. The display name is assigned once and is visible to other users; do not choose a name that infringes third-party rights or is offensive.
Visible to other signed-in users: your display name, profile picture, optional profile details, your posts in chat, watch-along, league rooms and comments, your positions in leaderboards (prediction game, Start Lights, Grill the Fan, Race Word) and your follow relationships. Private messages are visible only to you and the recipient. Individual votes only feed into the overall result.
Use is personal and non-commercial. Automated extraction (scraping), attempts to overload the service, circumventing security, rate-limiting or moderation features, and attempts to manipulate game results or leaderboards are prohibited.
Prohibited in particular: unlawful, insulting, hateful, harassing, violence-glorifying, sexual or youth-endangering content; spam and advertising; infringement of copyright, trademark or personality rights; impersonation; and sharing others’ personal data without their consent.
You remain responsible for your posts and warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You grant us the simple right to store and display your content within the app (see General Terms section 6).
Every post and profile has a report function. Anyone, even without an account, can report illegal content – such as infringements of copyright or personality rights, including in profile pictures or display names – by e-mail to parcferme.app@gmail.com. Please identify the content or profile as precisely as possible, explain why you are reporting it and state your name and e-mail address. Reported content is reviewed; depending on the outcome we may hide or remove content, issue warnings, restrict features or suspend accounts. We will inform you in the app about measures taken against your own content and state the reason. If you disagree with a decision, you may object via parcferme.app@gmail.com and we will review the case again. You can delete your own messages yourself.
Repeated, manifestly unfounded reports may lead us to temporarily restrict the report function for your account.
The app is provided “as is”. We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Watch-along messages are ephemeral and are removed automatically after the race.
Depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict features or close the account. In the case of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to take further legal action.
We may amend these Terms of Use; the current version is always available in the app.
